Intermediate Project Manager Southwest Dublin Residential Development Company: Master Recruitment Ltd Location: Southwest Dublin Master Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to join our team for a residential development in Southwest Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional with proven experience to take the next step in their career. Role Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing key aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth delivery and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Overseeing BCAR administration. Managing the Irish Water delivery process. Preparing and maintaining project programmes and work schedules. Managing subcontractors on site, maintaining site records, assisting in labour and material allocations Liaising and coordinating of design and RFIs Take responsibility for managing day to day activities on site, check all drawings/ specifications ensuring any errors/omissions are communicated to the design team in a timely manner. Chairing design and progress meetings with project stakeholders, liaise with client and design team as necessary. Assist with management of Health and Safety and quality on site for the duration of the project lifecycle. Requirements 5 years experience in project management within the construction industry (preferably in Ireland). Strong organisational, IT, computer literacy and communication skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders. Proven track record in programme management and compliance processes. Full drivers licence Safe pass & manual handling Strong work ethic, desire to work as part of a team. What We Offer Competitive salary package.
