Operations Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to the Partners of the firm.
- Management of the general services and facilities for the office.
- Point of contact for general office and facility-related matters.
- Assist with the organization of employee events and employee training.
- Assist with new employee onboarding/inductions as well as assisting with processes involved for exiting employees.
- Be a representative for the company at recruitment fairs.
- Managing the firm's IT, software and hardware systems, with the assistance of external IT consultants.
- Managing system application contract renewals and other contracts such as mobile phones.
- Manage AML compliance for the firm.
- Cover for Company Secretarial Specialist while on annual leave.
- Managing bespoke and one-off projects.
- Managing health and safety.
- Assisting teams during busy periods, such as scanning, preparation of packs, etc.
- Getting involved in other ad-hoc projects and administration tasks when necessary.
- Cover reception when required.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role from a busy organisation in a financial setting.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal guidance to drive things.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- This can suit a candidate who has previous experience as a 'Practice Manager'.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Virtual Cabinet (Document Management System) – desirable.
- Proficiency in Excel.
Salary & Benefits:
- €45,000 – €55,000
