AWS サポートエンジニアリングチーム (旧組織名: プレミアムサポート) では、AWS のクラウドサービスを活用しているお客様を技術的に支援するクラウドサポートエンジニアを募集しています。

■クラウドサポートエンジニアとは
[...] AWS サービスの課題・改善点をサービス開発チームにフィードバックすることも重要な仕事です。他にも AWS re:Invent などのイベントでの登壇・発表などクラウドや AWS の啓蒙活動も行っています。

サポートエンジニアリングチームでは 24 時間 365 日、日本語による技術サポートを提供しています。お問合せの手段としては Web [...]。

■プロファイル制度について
サポートエンジニアリングチームでは、200 を超えるサービスを 10 の技術分野 (プロファイル) に分けチームで対応しています。以下はプロファイルの一覧と主な担当領域です。

1. Analytics : データ分析、データロード、データ可視化
2. BigData : ビッグデータ、機械学習、ブロックチェーン
3. Database : データベースエンジン、データベース基盤、データベース管理
4. Deployment : コンテナ、デベロッパーツール
5. DMS (Development and Mobile Services) : サーバレス、ウェブとモバイル、IoT、カスタマーエンゲージメント
6. Linux : コンピューティング(Linux)、マイグレーション
7. Networking : ネットワークファウンデーション、エッジネットワーク、ハイブリッド接続、ネットワークセキュリティ
8. SCD (Storage and Content Delivery) : ストレージ、コンテンツ配信、メディアサービス
9. Security : セキュリティ、アイデンティティ、コンプライアンス
10. Windows : コンピューティング(Windows)、AD、ビジネスアプリケーション
