We are seeking a visionary Chief People Officer (CPO) to join our Executive Leadership Team. This strategic role will be pivotal in shaping and delivering our forwardlooking people and culture strategy that supports our organisational growth, builds workforce capacity and skills and embeds sustainability and innovation into our ways of working. As CPO, you will drive the transformation of our culture, capabilities and people practices ensuring Bus Éireann continues to be a high-performing, inclusive, and future-ready organisation.
The Chief People Officer will be a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, responsible for executing the people strategy that enables Bus Éireann to attract, develop, and retain top talent. In close partnership with the CEO, Board, and Executive Team, the CPO will shape and enable the evolution of the organisational structure, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role will play a pivotal part in delivering transformation initiatives that strengthen capability, enhance agility and support the organisation’s strategic growth and public service mission.
The CPO will also drive the creation and implementation of leadership and people development frameworks, as well as cultural programmes that align with business objectives, shaping the organisation’s future and acting as a catalyst for meaningful change.
