About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the support function of Davy Select for an Intermediary Support Senior Associate. In the role, the successful candidate will:

- Ensure Brokers requirements are understood and met in terms of turnaround and accuracy and that Brokers are consistently provided with excellent customer service;
- Manage the opening of new accounts and account queries;
- Liaise with internal teams within Davy Operations;
- Update broker and client pipelines and Management Information;
- Provide general administrative support to the Davy Select Account Managers;
- Actively seek to add value to processes by introducing improvements based upon Broker & Client feedback;
- Develop a thorough working knowledge of pension and investments and the appropriate product knowledge;
- Train & mentor junior team members;
- Involvement in ad hoc projects & business development as required;
- Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role.

About you

We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills:

- A Business/Finance degree or equivalent;
- QFA qualification and willingness to sit the CFP;
- Experience and knowledge of settlements and operations;
- A proven record in reconciliation and control;
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Good numeric skills;
- Customer service focused with a record of providing excellent customer service;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines;
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, flexible outlook and a high level of initiative and enthusiasm;
- Strong attention to detail.
