About The Role
As a Store Manager at Victoria’s Secret you’ll take ownership of the success of your store, inspiring your team to achieve their targets and create the very best customer experience everyday.
Responsibilities
Lead from the heart - train, coach and inspire your team, setting them up for success and developing them to be stars of the future
Be a role model - motivate and engage your team to bring to life the brand values every day, promoting an inclusive and positive working atmosphere
Have your mind on the customer - be a friendly face to every customer, prioritise their needs and maximise the customer experience with your team
Hands on operations - own the P&L and lead on key KPIs across the store, focusing on profitability and controllable costs (hiring, rotas, payroll, customer success, stock control)
An eye for visuals - ensure brand visual standards are met with support from the Visual Team
Open eyes and ears - foster a culture of listening, share ideas with store partners, and encourage team input
Your feet on the ground - keep the store compliant, manage product launches, floor set changes, store audits and stock counts, H&S policies
About You
A wealth of experience - store manager experience in a fast-paced store with a track record of managing and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Passion for retail - enthusiasm for all aspects of retail, creating a unique customer experience
Lead with purpose - engage and develop your team with a shared enthusiasm for the brand
Relationships that count - build valued relationships with customers, your team and wider business teams
Embrace change - thrive on change, multitask, problem solve and collaborate to get things done
Creative flair - approachable and resourceful with the ability to engage teams through training and incentives
