Excis is seeking a dynamic Technical Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge technical solutions for a leading healthcare company.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire: Oversee a talented team of engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Drive innovation: Spearhead technical projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet our customers' evolving needs.

- Collaborate and influence: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, design, sales, and operations, to align technical strategies with business objectives and drive growth.

- Technical expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of Microsoft technologies (.NET, Visual Basic, MVC architecture, entity framework) and databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) to design, develop, and implement robust software solutions.

- Team leadership: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, while effectively delegating tasks and monitoring progress.

- Problem-solving: Identify and mitigate technical risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure project success.

- Continuous learning: Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

- Proven expertise in Microsoft technologies (.NET, Visual Basic, MVC architecture, entity framework) and databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle)

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Passion for innovation and a drive to deliver exceptional results
