Partnership Engagement Executive- Permanent Position

Our client is a passionate fundraising platform which helps local and national organisations achieve their fundraising goals to continue to improve their communities. As they continue to grow, their looking for a passionate and motivated Partnership Engagement Executive to join their team and play a key role in expanding their reach and retaining partnerships.

*Remote Role based in Ireland – Full Irish License needed as travel to events/ meetings from time to time

Key Responsibilities:

-Growing fundraisers- You will work closely with fundraising organisations to help them grow their fundraisers.

-Develop and manage initiatives and projects to help these fundraiser groups to attract new supporters and to retain their existing supporters

-Provide guidance to fundraisers on how to make their fundraiser a success.

-Help fundraisers launch and promote their fundraisers

-Provide customer insights and follow up actions

-Provide fundraisers with promotional materials, communications templates, etc. to help them retain and grow their supporters.

-Update fundraiser websites

-Build strong relationship[s with existing fundraising organisations, retaining them through, strategy communications and campaign ideation

- Continued internal & external process management using a keen eye for detail as you will process, documentation, trackers, records, data, reports, customer communications, customer queries & support etc.

-Participate on promotional stand at exhibitions and conferences when neccessary.

Must-Have Skills and Attributes:

-Hardworking, trustworthy and reliable.

-A real team player who is great with people

-Very customer focused with excellent communications skills including presentation, written, verbal and active listening skills

-Must have excellent skills with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

-Positive attitude, creative problem solver with a flexible ‘can do’ approach to work.

-Proven ability to work on your own initiative and is results driven.

-Excellent attention for detail and accuracy.

-Must have full Irish driving license and own transport.
