Our client is seeking a dedicated and organised Office Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office's day-to-day activities while supporting broader business objectives.
Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Coordinate with various departments to manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, maintaining a well-functioning workspace.
Support team members by organising schedules, meetings, and communications to promote seamless collaboration.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Assist in budget management and tracking expenses related to office operations.
Ideal Candidate 4+ years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration and handle internal and external interactions effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to adapt to new technology
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
