???? Your responsibilities

- As our founding sales development rep in Dublin, you'll generate pipeline from ideal customer profile accounts by thoughtfully and creatively reaching out to engage target personas.

- Find creative ways to engage prospects and potential buyers that fit our ICP.

- Constantly find ways to automate and improve processes and gain efficiency.

- Research key accounts' initiatives to help develop a "hypothesis of value".

- Set meetings for the Sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage.

- Strategize and execute on multi-touch account-based campaigns in partnership with Marketing and Sales.

- Maintain accurate information in Salesforce to help scale what works.

Is this you?

- 2+ years in a sales development role for a SaaS company.

- Proven success exceeding outbound pipeline generation goals in a B2B SaaS startup environment.

- Excellent written communication skills—since we sell to excellent writers, clear and well-crafted emails are essential.

- A self-starter with an experimental mindset; there's no playbook, so your help in building it is needed.

- Knowledge of editorial processes is a plus: if you edited your high school newspaper or majored in English Literature, we encourage you to apply.
