Technical Support Associate (m/w/d) – Deutsch | Galway City | Hybrid

Unser Kunde, ein weltweit führendes Unternehmen im Bereich Medizintechnik und Healthcare, sucht zur Verstärkung seines Teams in Galway, Irland, eine/n engagierte/n Technical Support Associate (m/w/d) mit Deutschkenntnissen.

Diese unbefristete Festanstellung ist vollständig vor Ort in Galway City angesiedelt und berichtet direkt an den EMEA/APAC Technical Support Team Lead.

Ihre Aufgaben

- Professionelle und freundliche Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanrufe und E-Mail-Anfragen
- Erste/r Ansprechpartner/in für technische Unterstützung: Analyse und Lösung von Kundenanfragen und Beschwerden im zugewiesenen Produktportfolio
- Dokumentation aller Vorgänge gemäß interner Richtlinien zur Sicherstellung der Datenqualität
- Schriftliche und telefonische Kommunikation von Untersuchungsergebnissen und Lösungen an Kund:innen
- Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von Anfragen in Gruppen-Mailboxen gemäß definierten Prozessen
- Sicherstellung der termingerechten Bearbeitung aller Anfragen gemäß individueller, teambezogener und unternehmensweiter KPIs
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Optimierung der Customer Experience
- Aufbau und Pflege von Produktspezialisierungen im Team sowie aktiver Wissenstransfer mit Kolleg:innen

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Zertifikat oder Studium in einem relevanten Bereich (z. B. Naturwissenschaften, Biomedizin, Gesundheitswesen, Pflege, Ingenieurwesen) – kein Muss
- Berufserfahrung im Call-Center oder administrativen Umfeld von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Idealerweise mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung im medizinischen/klinischen Umfeld oder in einer kundenorientierten Supportrolle
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Kundenanliegen und technischem Troubleshooting
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Selbstständige Priorisierung und Verantwortungsübernahme im Arbeitsalltag
