You'll collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the National Sales Manager and Marketing team, to craft and execute business plans aimed at maximising product differentiation and market penetration.**Responsibilities:*** Product Promotion: Lead the promotion of our neurology product within your territory, engaging with secondary care healthcare professionals to deliver compelling product presentations and provide specialised medical education. Your goal will be to ensure that decision-makers are well-versed in the clinical benefits of our products to facilitate formulary access and funding.* KOL Development: Cultivate relationships with regional and national opinion leaders to enhance clinical experience with our neurology products and support medical education initiatives within your territory.* Customer Support: Employ a variety of communication channels to proactively engage customers, offering support and fostering engagement opportunities in collaboration with key stakeholders.* Meeting Management: Organise and execute medical educational events and support conference stands to enhance brand visibility and engagement.* Revenue and Budget Management: Monitor revenue performance against targets and ensure efficient allocation of area budgets for maximum impact.* Customer and Competitor Analysis: Develop territory account plans and KPIs, regularly analysing market dynamics to identify new opportunities and inform strategic planning.* Brand Building: Contribute to enhancing our client’s reputation as a trusted scientific partner in the neurology space.* Digital Channels: Leverage CRM tools and digital platforms to optimise engagement with customers and stakeholders.The ideal candidate:* Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets within the pharmaceutical industry.* Proficient in strategic business planning, ROI assessment, and project management.* Knowledge of neurology and CNS disorders preferred.* Strong communication, customer engagement, and influencing skills.* Entrepreneurial mindset with high levels of enthusiasm and resilience.* Experience in organising various types of events.* Willingness to travel.At IQVIA, we're not just tackling the healthcare challenges of today; we're paving the way for tomorrow's solutions.
