
Front Office Customer Service Manager

The Sandymount Hotel is currently seeking a customer-focused Front Office Supervisor to join our team in reception. This role involves supervising the front office team, ensuring a friendly and professional guest experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervise front office staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage switchboard and telephone operations professionally
- Handle reservations and special requests accurately
- Ensure billing and financial transactions meet hotel standards
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 1-year minimum experience in the hotel industry
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings and weekends as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work equally well in a team environment and on your own initiative
