Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Manager to join our team in Dublin 7, Navan Road. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

As a key member of our team, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff, providing guidance, monitoring performance, and assisting with customer service issues.

You will also be responsible for managing inventory levels, ordering stock, conducting stock checks, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

In addition, you will provide training and development opportunities for retail staff, coaching on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt, prioritize tasks, and handle unexpected situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in Supervisor or Supervisor Assistant role in Retail
  • Conversational English language level
  • Proficiency in one of the Eastern European languages (e.g. Romanian, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Croatian, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt, prioritize tasks, and handle unexpected situations
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Willingness to learn, self-development, and a desire for success while contributing to a positive team environment and promoting our brand
  • Sales experience is preferred

We offer a competitive rate of pay starting at €14.30 per hour, as well as a range of benefits including employee discount, on-site parking, and store discount.

Others

The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.

Full flexibility is required, including availability to work day shifts, Monday to Sunday, which may include bank holidays.
