Trusted Advisor: Digital Transformation

As a key player in our Consulting team, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives for high-profile clients. You will work closely with our experts to design and implement tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of data privacy and internet regulations, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They should be able to quickly grasp new concepts and emerging trends, and have the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The role requires a strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, as well as experience in conducting privacy assessments and designing regulatory frameworks. Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in developing training programs and managing compliance obligations.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in a constantly changing environment and is eager to learn and grow with our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of client-facing experience in data privacy and/or internet regulatory services.

  • Conduct Privacy Assessments: Perform thorough data protection assessments and gap analyses to ensure robust controls across the personal data lifecycle.
  • Design Governance, Risk and Compliance Frameworks: Contribute to the creation and operationalisation of customised privacy policies and frameworks that meet client needs.
  • Regulatory Decompositions: Analyse and understand data privacy and internet regulations that could impact the strategic direction of our clients.
  • Develop Training Programs: Assist in the design and delivery of tailored training and awareness programs to empower clients in data privacy and trustworthy technology best practices.
  • Manage Compliance: Support clients with specific regulatory compliance obligations, including maintenance of records of processing and completion of Data Protection Impact Assessments.
