We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Solution Consultant to join our rapidly growing team. As a key member of the Presales Digital team, you will provide expert level technical and business solution consultancy during the presales process in support of our direct sales force and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convey the value of digital solutions to customers and prospects through effective communication and demonstration of ServiceNow products.
  • Collaborate with Digital Sales teams to qualify customer needs through discovery and assist in the acquisition of new customers.
  • Participate in the sales lifecycle, providing mentoring and training to peers, colleagues, and partners.
  • Demonstrate ServiceNow products to prospects and existing customers, generating product demo scripts and scenarios, and maintaining demonstration environments.
  • Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects, responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents, and staying current on product developments/releases.
  • Support Marketing events, such as user conferences, trade shows, and webinars, while staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between ServiceNow and its competitors.
  • Understand business and technical problems addressed by ServiceNow products, including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security, and more.
