About the Role:

  • Promote innovation in recruitment technologies, methodologies, and client solutions, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Represent our organisation with key stakeholders, including government bodies, enterprise agencies, and strategic partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience within a multi-location, multi-sector recruitment organisation.
  • International recruitment experience is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of scaling recruitment operations and driving strategic growth through organic and/or M&A initiatives.
  • Master's degree in Business, HR, or a related field desirable.
  • Deep expertise in recruitment models and international exposure highly desirable.
