PartnerRe, a leading reinsurer, is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join their Life and Health IT department in Dublin. This role will involve developing strategic IT plans that align with the company's overall business strategy. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic IT Planning: Develop and maintain the strategic IT roadmap for the Life and Health division, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Architecture Development and Optimization: Design and implement enterprise-wide IT architecture solutions that support business processes and operations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to understand requirements, deliver solutions that meet business needs, and ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, with a proven track record of successfully designing and implementing enterprise-level IT solutions.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in enterprise architecture tools and methodologies.
