Solution Architecture Lead

This is a full-time and permanent role responsible for developing and implementing solutions to complex business challenges.

  • Collaborate with project management, business teams, and technical architects to evaluate system architectures and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure the complete handover to a support structure.
  • Oversee work of other Solution Architects as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate and lead Salesforce design activities.
  • Designs will encompass resourcing and organizational structures, support, and alignment with business capabilities and processes.
  • Ensure the use of industry standard best practices and methods.
  • Be proficient in industry standard tooling.
  • Ensure good Knowledge Management and documentation of designs.
  • Communicate designs and benefits to business teams and other senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor emerging technology and advise on ways to gain business and technical advantages of implementing such technology.
  • Provide specialist advice in Healthcare, Insurance, or other technology areas like Cloud.
  • Provide technical guidance during solution development and integration.
  • Evaluate change requests and recommend actions.
  • Participate in demand management requests of your time and other members of the architecture team.

Requirements:

  • Experience of technology in a Healthcare or Insurance Setting.
  • Alignment with company values.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of business goals and priorities.
