Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Technical Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting construction professionals and internal teams with technical solutions.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and providing expert guidance in Building Physics, Fire, Acoustics, and Energy Efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in technical support within the construction industry and strong data analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; Revit experience is desirable. Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers, including architects, engineers, and specifiers.
  • Collaborate with the sales and specification teams to support building system solutions.
  • Deliver presentations and technical consultations for projects and specifying bodies.
  • Utilise tools such as BIM, CAD, U-value calculators, and thermal modelling software.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and improve service.
  • Maintain technical knowledge, including Safety and Building Regulations.
  • Manage projects and maintain technical documentation for internal use.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in technical support within the construction industry.
  • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; Revit experience desirable.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
