Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

This role involves working with customers to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering or web development, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This is a hands-on, technical position that requires partnering with customers to tackle challenging technical issues. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions. You will also collaborate with internal teams to identify and address technical issues, ensuring seamless integration of Intercom with customer products.
