Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Designer to drive technical excellence in customer engagements and deliver architectural design guidance.

This role involves working directly with enterprise customers, sales engineering teams, and product and development stakeholders to define scalable, secure, and high-performing identity and access management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record supporting enterprise sales cycles, including RFIs, RFQs, and technical workshops.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Drive technical excellence in customer engagements by supporting sales cycles, scoping complex integrations, mapping APIs, and delivering architectural design guidance.
  • Work directly with enterprise customers, sales engineering teams, and product and development stakeholders to define scalable, secure, and high-performing identity and access management solutions.
  • Lead technical deep dives, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and own the design of end-to-end solution architectures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 5 years in software architecture or solution design, with at least 3 years in identity and access management (IAM) or SaaS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience designing solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
  • Proven track record supporting enterprise sales cycles, including RFIs, RFQs, and technical workshops.
Skills

You should possess:

  • Strong technical knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2, SAML, SCIM, and modern identity protocols.
  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerized services.
  • Proficiency with architecture modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
