As the T&S Policy Content Strategy Manager, you will drive transparency about TikTok's community policies and our approach to user safety and user education.

  1. Develop the content strategy for TikTok's Trust & Safety websites, including the Safety Center.
  2. Define long-term strategic goals related to the transparency of our policies and user education.
  3. Identify opportunities to align approaches, leverage existing resources, and increase the quality, accessibility, and visibility of transparency efforts.
  4. Author or support the development of high-quality, engaging, and accessible content related to Product Policies and transparency work.
