Finance Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our team and oversee all cost and management accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of junior accountants and report directly to the Group Financial Controller.
  • Oversee all cost and management accounting procedures across the manufacturing sites.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives and efficiency projects to enhance KPIs in relation to cost management and inventory control.
  • Monitor and review drivers of costs, product costing, labour and overhead rates and standardised costing models.

Requirements:

  • A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) with over 5 years post-qualified experience in a manufacturing or cost-related role.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for cost accounting, with examples of leading efficiency improvement projects and process improvements.
  • Strong analytical mind, strong initiative and collaborative approach to problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and people management experience preferred but not essential.
