Job Overview

The successful Production Manager will oversee daily operations of the production team and report directly to senior leadership. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee production processes, ensuring alignment with customer delivery schedules and overall production goals.
  • Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance production capacity, quality, and overall efficiency.
  • Assign workloads and tasks to production team members, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Troubleshoot production-related issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Determine and manage material, manpower, and equipment needs for projects.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Team to ensure products meet required specifications and customer expectations.
  • Manage employee performance, attendance, and discipline in line with company policies and HR procedures.
  • Promote ongoing professional development and support team members in their career growth.
