- Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 2 to lead our Emergency Department team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Lead and manage the clinical operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow, reduce waiting times, and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics related to departmental performance and patient outcomes.
- Identify and address areas for improvement, implementing changes to optimize departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
- Degree in Nursing or relevant field (MSc/MA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a pediatric emergency setting
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and managing budgets
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to identify and address areas for improvement
