Supply Chain Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Customs and Compliance professional to lead master data governance, trade compliance, SKU portfolio optimization, and performance reporting across the supply chain function.
About The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Supply Chain Customs and Compliance Manager. You will be responsible for managing customs brokers, regulatory bodies, and ensuring compliance with relevant customs codes and trade agreements.
You will oversee relationships with customs brokers and ensure that our company maintains accurate records for audits and regulatory reporting.
This role involves staying up-to-date on legislative and regulatory changes, coordinating with customs brokers and internal teams to resolve compliance issues, and supporting the company's Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) status.
In addition, you will lead master data governance across product, supplier, and trade fields, ensuring data quality for critical supply chain fields, developing internal controls and validation checks for data quality, and driving SKU rationalisation efforts.
The ideal candidate will have certification in customs compliance or international trade, professional accreditation in supply chain or operations, and experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, data management, or customs operations.
Ambitious individuals with a desire to grow into broader supply chain leadership roles, strong work ethic, solutions-oriented mindset, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, expertise in customs and trade regulations, proficiency in ERP systems and data management, advanced Excel skills, and project management and communication skills.
