Senior Project Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead projects within our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.

The role involves:

  • Developing comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and budget in compliance with governance arrangements.
  • Establishing clear communication channels with stakeholders and managing expectations through regular updates and reporting.
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks to the project.
  • Managing project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and adherence to cost constraints.
  • Establishing project quality standards and ensuring deliverables meet agreed specifications and compliance requirements.
  • Monitoring project progress against defined goals and metrics, ensuring timelines are met.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree and/or qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction/Project Management.
  • At least 7 years' experience as a Project Manager working with an established Practice/Business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Solid technical appreciation regarding construction documentation/methodologies.
