As a seasoned project management professional, you will lead global teams on complex projects to develop high-quality new products globally.
Main Responsibilities- Establish and maintain governance structures for product portfolios, including tools, templates, reporting cadence, and compliance requirements.
- Manage resource allocation and utilization across projects to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Ensure all projects adhere to standardized methodologies and processes, including phase gates, risk management, and resource planning.
- Collaborate with business unit leadership to define, manage, and own program scope, creating detailed work breakdown structures.
- Develop and manage comprehensive program Gantt charts, analyzing critical paths, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones.
- Partner with project teams to create program quality plans using quality planning tools and techniques, monitoring and maintaining plans.
- Develop and execute risk management plans, identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks.
- Develop procurement management plans and partner in the selection of vendors.
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans based on identified expectations and requirements.
- Implement effective communications management plans for program teams, stakeholders, and business leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field preferred; business administration will be considered in conjunction with experience required.
- 8+ years of work experience; 5+ years of project management experience preferred.
