Lead Pharmaceutical Project Manager

 

We seek a skilled and experienced Lead Pharmaceutical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex projects in Northern Europe.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control large-scale Pharmaceutical design/construction projects or multiple projects to client satisfaction.
  • Contribute strategic input to the growth and development of our Life Sciences operations in Northern Europe.
  • Develop project proposals and ensure timely delivery of assigned projects in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies on assigned projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and communicate relevant information to project staff.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and potential clients, as well as their advisors.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Project Delivery to ensure adequate staffing and identify future needs.
  • Maximise project margin and maintain cost control.
  • Guarantee commercial and contractual protection throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years' professional senior-level project experience in designing and/or constructing complex Life Sciences projects.
  • Relevant professional qualification.
  • In-depth understanding of contract models.
  • Proven commercial acumen.
