Project Management Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project execution methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum) and proficiency in project management tools/software.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to desired quality standards.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) and/or advanced degrees in Operations Management, Engineering, or related fields.
