Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects across regulatory, clinical, supply chain, R&D, and IT domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones across teams.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clinical teams, regulatory affairs, and other departments to ensure projects meet deadlines and compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, risk logs, and change requests.
  • Support in preparing project reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
  • Assist in resource planning, budgeting, and procurement activities as required.
  • Schedule and facilitate team meetings, reviews, and vendor coordination calls.
  • Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and other regulatory standards throughout project execution.
  • Utilize project management tools for tracking and reporting.
  • Liaise with external partners, CROs, CMOs, or vendors as needed.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (GxP, FDA, EMA).
  • Familiarity with budgeting and resource planning.
