Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Finance Assistant to support our finance department in delivering accurate and timely financial transactions across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase orders, process invoices, and reconcile accounts
  • Assist with payroll, month-end reporting, and debtors ledger reconciliation
  • Maintain financial compliance and accuracy according to company procedures
  • Support the Financial Control team in supplier reconciliations and project certification
  • Collaborate with the Quantity Surveying team on tracking project certification and invoicing
  • Assist with budget and forecasting tasks and quarterly accounts inputs
  • Support director meetings and manage company vehicle fleet

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new challenges
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and apply new skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability

Education & Experience:

  • 2+ years' experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably within the construction industry
  • Experience working with purchase order and invoice processing systems
