This role is a key member of our team, focusing on recruitment and selection processes for hotel staff. They will champion Training and Development initiatives to maximize employee potential and performance.

About This Role

The successful candidate will assist with Human Resources Administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and serve as a trusted advisor to the management team, providing strategic HR insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Selection: Oversee and enhance recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent in the hospitality industry.
  • Training and Development: Champion initiatives to drive employee growth, development, and succession planning.
  • HR Administration: Assist with daily tasks, ensuring seamless hotel operations.

Requirements
  • 1-year experience in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection.
  • Ability to drive Training and Development and drive succession planning.
  • Desirable: Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
