About this role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to manage our key accounts and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management, with a strong commercial acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and grow our market share.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the trade marketing team to develop and implement in-store promotions and displays that drive sales and increase brand visibility.
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in sales or account management, preferably in the beauty/cosmetics industry.
  • Degree in business or related field.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze complex data.
