Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining relationships with assigned customers and understanding their needs
* Monitoring customer activity related to the product or services they have subscribed to or purchased
* Providing support through onboarding, implementation, and training sessions as instructed by the Customer Success Manager
* Monitoring adoption rate, retention rate, customer satisfaction scores, churn rates, and other relevant metrics
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Minimum Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success
* Highly driven and proactive approach to daily tasks
* Strong ability to build rapport quickly with customers from a call center environment
* Good communication skills, maintaining conversations with clients in a diplomatic and goal-focused manner
* Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset
* Good ITC knowledge and capabilities and ability to learn new software tools on the job
