This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in customer lifecycle management, analytics, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should have over ten years of experience managing projects and programs, preferably in travel, retail, or e-commerce.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels as a cross-functional influencer
  • Must have experience in custom analytics involving data interpretation, model creation, and presentation to top management
  • Experience in multi-channel client/customer support environments
  • Ability to deliver quality outputs in high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; Project Management qualification is preferable
  • 10+ years of experience in project/programme management, customer lifecycle management, preferably within the travel, retail, or e-commerce sectors
  • Robust track record of team management and operational management in marketing or lifecycle management functions
  • Experience with managing campaigns based on data, categorizing customers, and enhancing performance
  • Ability to interpret performance insights and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication skills for alignment across teams and management functions
  • Day-to-day efficiency in lifecycle management operations
  • Deep understanding of customer behaviours, lifecycle stages, and participation strategies
  • Conduct analysis to map touch points in customer experience and identify gaps for future strategy development
  • Establish effective working relationships with business partners and vendors for seamless execution
  • Risk assessment and opportunity identification
  • Partner with technical product managers/SMEs to implement features based on business requirements
  • Subject matter expert in the Customer Experience toolset and associated policies/procedures
  • Consider trade-offs between cost, schedule, and business benefit for successful feature delivery
  • Contribute to requirements gathering and evaluation of new/replacement tools/vendors for world-class support and global scalability
  • Coordinate Cx management and product teams on program feature rollouts
