Customer Engagement Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for developing and implementing customer engagement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, deliver and refine customer engagement strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop commercial plans and have accountability for results, meeting engagement targets and achieving sales goals.
  • Support team capabilities development to ensure the right skills are in place and develop people to stay ahead in this dynamic area.
  • Oversee the design and optimization of omnichannel engagement to maximize its capability in our strategy and operationalize it effectively.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in customer engagement, marketing or customer experience roles.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams and influencing cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and developing customer engagement initiatives or programs.
  • Proven expertise in lifecycle marketing and/or CRM platforms.
