
Fleet and Customer Experience Project Strategist

We are seeking a highly capable and results-driven Fleet & Customer Experience Project Manager to deliver strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer-centric innovation. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with technical, commercial, and customer-facing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer value.
This role operates on a hybrid model, with at least 2 days in the Dublin office per week, providing a great balance between work and personal life.
The ideal candidate should have experience in project management within the airline, MRO, or aerospace industries, with strong knowledge of aircraft operations, maintenance planning, and customer service delivery. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills, as well as proficiency with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Power BI.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead end-to-end fleet and customer experience projects, managing budgets, timelines, and resources. They will also be responsible for overseeing fleet lifecycle programs, including aircraft acquisitions, transitions, modifications, and retirements, while supporting sustainability initiatives through fleet modernization and emissions reduction projects.
As a champion of innovation in passenger services, cabin design, and personalization, you will drive change management and technology adoption, while tracking KPIs and reporting progress to senior stakeholders. - Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent)
- Experience leading digital transformation or innovation initiatives
- Knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA, FAA, IATA)
- Ability to lead end-to-end fleet and customer experience projects
- Track record of delivering customer experience improvements across digital and physical touchpoints
