Role: Fleet & Customer Experience Project Manager

We are seeking a highly capable and results-driven professional to deliver strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer-centric innovation. You will collaborate with technical, commercial, and customer-facing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer value. This role operates on a hybrid model, with at least 2 days in the Dublin office per week.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in project management within the airline, MRO, or aerospace industries.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft operations, maintenance planning, and customer service delivery.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Power BI.
  • Experience leading digital transformation or innovation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks (EASA, FAA, IATA).
  • Experience in a matrixed or multinational environment.
  • Ability to lead end-to-end fleet and customer experience projects, managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Experience overseeing fleet lifecycle programs, including aircraft acquisitions, transitions, modifications, and retirements.
  • Support for sustainability initiatives through fleet modernization and emissions reduction projects.
  • Track record of delivering customer experience improvements across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Ability to champion innovation in passenger services, cabin design, and personalization.
  • Stakeholder engagement across various departments and with OEMs and regulators.
  • Experience driving change management and technology adoption.
  • Ability to track KPIs and report progress to senior stakeholders.
