Senior Customer Experience Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our customer experience transformation initiative.
- About the Role: We aim to deliver world-class customer experiences through data-driven strategies, analytics, and operational excellence.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue customer lifecycle management expertise to enhance participant engagement across multiple channels.
- Analyse complex insights to develop actionable strategies.
- Cross-functionally collaborate as an influencer to strengthen stakeholder alignment and drive seamless delivery of initiatives at scale.
Requirements:
Must have:
- Demonstrated ability to build solid relationships at all levels as a cross-functional influencer.
- Experience in custom analytics, identifying issues, creating models, comprehending results, and presenting them to top management.
- Ability to consistently deliver quality outputs in a high-paced environment and work through ambiguity with tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Must have:
- 10+ years of experience in Project/programme management, customer lifecycle management preferably within the travel, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
- A proven qualification in Project Management is preferable.
- Robust track record of team management and operational management in marketing or lifecycle management functions.
