Senior Financial Manager

Moore, a leading provider of accountancy and advisory services, is seeking a senior financial manager to join its team.
Job OverviewThis is an opportunity for career progression in a dynamic and commercially ambitious environment. The role focuses on delivering high-quality services to a diverse client base.
Duties:- Manage a portfolio of clients
- Lead a team of part-qualified and qualified accountants
- Prepare and review accounts, including income tax and corporation tax returns
- Ensure timely completion of assignments within budget
- Manage workflow and plan resource allocation
- Mentor junior staff, reviewing their work and providing feedback
- Attend client meetings and provide proactive service
- Qualified Accountant – ACA or ACCA
- Minimum 5 years post-qualified experience in practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to delegate, manage, and review the work of teams
