
Senior Major Gifts Officer

In this pivotal role, you will play a lead part in developing and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to secure support for our mission. Your responsibility will be to drive the growth of major donor fundraising, cultivating new connections and deepening existing partnerships through strategic approaches.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish and execute annual operational plans to support the achievement of our major donor fundraising strategy goals.
- Maintain and expand fundraising income from private individuals and family foundations in Ireland, utilizing a range of donor engagement tactics, including project sponsorship, appeal campaigns, events, and tailored donor propositions.
- Provide leadership to a small team and other stakeholders to deliver major donor fundraising objectives.
- Employ effective tools and processes to identify and convert new major donor leads and prospects.
This position requires a solid understanding of GDPR legislation and best practices as it applies to major donor fundraising. You will possess excellent relationship development and management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
