Global Gifting Platform Manager

Delivering a world-class corporate gifting platform is our top priority. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic product direction of our global gifting platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a quarterly product roadmap that aligns customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience, a proven track record of leading complex product initiatives from conception to launch, and strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership, and a desire to work in a lean, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that ensures alignment between customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives
  2. Lead impact vs. effort prioritisation across multiple product initiatives
  3. Partner with Engineering and Project teams to proactively identify risks and maximise resource utilisation and impact
  4. Drive critical decision-making around project trade-offs and timeline adjustments
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Proven track record of leading complex product initiatives from conception to launch
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
  • Desire to work in a lean, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly
