Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Lead to join our Security Platforms team, part of the Cyber Fusion Centre. This role will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technical support engineers specialising in DLP platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and mentoring a team of technical support engineers
  • Ensuring timely resolution of support tickets and adherence to SLAs
  • Tuning and upgrading system components
  • Working with key stakeholders and vendors to implement new or additional DLP capabilities

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience operating and supporting DLP tools across multiple security domains
  • Exposure to enterprise DLP platforms (e.g., Symantec DLP, Digital Guardian Endpoint DLP, ProofPoint, Microsoft Purview)
  • Strong skills managing application deployments, configurations and updates on Linux (RHEL) with knowledge of Linux commands, filesystems, permissions and process management
