We are currently seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Experts- Data Annotator to join our team at Cpl Healthcare.

About the Job:
  • As a Data Annotator, you will play a crucial role in assessing and correcting data points, labels, and information with exceptional accuracy.
  • You will evaluate the output of machine learning classifiers and internal tools, ensuring high-quality classification and content creation.
  • The successful candidate will develop KPIs and quality targets for accurate classification and content creation, driving business excellence.
  • Researching and providing insights into patterns within annotated data is also a key responsibility.
Key Requirements:
  • An excellent command of English (C2 Level as per the CEFR) is required.
  • A third-level education (minimum Ordinary Degree, Level 7) is mandatory.
  • Understanding of social norms in various markets, including social media, popular culture, and social dynamics, is essential.
  • Multilingual candidates with strong language skills are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Onsite work is mandatory due to the sensitive nature of the content.
What We Offer:
  • This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive package.
  • Candidates can expect fixed shifts: Day 9-5.30 OR Eve. 6-2am.
  • Evening shift employees receive a 25% salary uplift for late hours (10pm to 2am).
  • Evening shift staff also receive €12 per day (before tax) travel allowance.
  • Other benefits include free shuttle bus (T&Cs), free meal (lunch or dinner) on-site, private healthcare, pension contribution, 25 days of annual leave, extensive training, and access to CPL's Wellness Programme, Tax Saver, and Bike-to-Work Scheme.
Job Details:
  • Working hours are Day shift: 9am – 5:30pm OR Evening shift: 6pm-2am with no rotation.
  • This is an office job based in Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin South, with no remote work options.

  • Candidates must be confident in handling sensitive content.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport / Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G for minimum 12 months or renewable, Access to Labour Market).
