We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Care Worker to join our team in the Tullamore area. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring that service users receive the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Person In Charge to ensure high-quality care in accordance with HIQA standards.
  • Ensure that service users receive the highest quality standards of education, training, development, and care in accordance with our organization's policies.
  • Perform any task required that contributes to the safety, health, and well-being of service users.
Requirements:
  • A Level 7 Degree in Social Care (in progress) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience of working with people with complex needs in various situations.
  • Must have knowledge of all relevant legislation and HIQA standards and be able to implement same effectively.
  • Excellent IT skills and report writing skills.
  • High level of flexibility.
