About the Role
This is an entry level opportunity to join a dynamic retail environment. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive and knowledgeable approaches. The role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of presentation and adhering to safety and compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will assist the Shop Manager and team with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running of the store.
  • In the absence of senior staff, you will step up and guide shop operations, including opening and closing the business, managing and guiding the shop team, cash management procedures, and providing an outstanding customer experience.
  • You will have opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the company.
  • Responsibilities include working in a retail environment, accepting bets and processing customer transactions, introducing customers to the digital journey, and maintaining shop presentation standards.
  • Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to social responsibility duties and maintain a keen interest in sporting industry events.
