About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Customer Experience Associate.

Job Responsibilities
  • Main Tasks:
    1. To provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that all customers receive a helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable approach.
    2. To assist the store manager and team with the smooth running of the store, maintaining high standards throughout the day.
    3. To step up and guide shop operations in the absence of the store manager or assistant manager, including opening and closing the shop, managing and guiding the shop team, and cash management procedures.
    4. To accept bets accurately through multiple channels, including betting terminals and in-shop transactions.

    3. Flexibility as business operates 7 days a week
    4. Be adaptable to shop environment
    5. Great attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
