Senior Performance Test Lead

As a Performance Test Manager, you will lead a project for our clients, overseeing the testing effort and ensuring accountability for performance test-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Project Managers, Lead Architects, and Delivery Managers to deliver projects
- Review and contribute to project scope, performance, test design, estimates, and closure artefacts
- Manage and coordinate test domain actions, supported by the Lead Architect
- Create and deliver project plans, strategies, and performance processes, criteria, templates, tools, and standards
- Provide escalation support and quality assurance checks throughout the project
- Review, lead, and coordinate pre-requisites, dependencies, estimates, test design, execution, and reporting
- Collaboratively manage service partners and vendors to deliver high-quality projects on time
- Provide key stakeholder management with an objective view in multi-vendor, multi-test discipline environments
- Manage the test life cycle and coordinate Test Leads and Testers, both onshore and offshore
- Excellent communication skills, maintaining confidentiality and sharing ideas and information
- Has achieved trusted advisor status at a senior level with clients
- Excellent client-facing skills, taking time to establish underlying client needs beyond those initially expressed
